Riegel Parent Company – Mount Vernon Mills, Inc. – enters into contract with Burlington Chemical Co., LLC
Johnston, South Carolina – Riegel is pleased to announce that parent company, Mount Vernon Mills, Inc. has entered into a contract to purchase the assets of the Burlington, NC facility of Burlington Chemical Co., LLC. The new location will be a part of Mount Vernon Chemicals, LLC, which has operations in NC, AL, and SC.
The new Burlington location produces many of the chemicals that are currently produced as well as are purchased from outside suppliers. The Burlington facility will allow Mount Vernon Mills, Inc. more capacity, versatility, and flexibility in all chemical markets.
