The artisan roasting company Domingo Caffè is a jewel of the most authentic Italian coffee tradition, founded by Domenico Nuozzi in the early 1990’s.
Having worked in sales for many years, Domenico had always dreamed of manufacturing his own product, and since he had always nurtured a passion for coffee, a small roasting company seemed to be a logical possibility. After a great deal of planning and research he set up the small operation in Termoli, a picturesque seaside town, situated in the South of Italy. Within a relatively short period of time, thanks to his passion for this work and his devotion to the quality the brand started to become well know throughout the local market.
Since the beginning Domenico has chosen to produce a special and particular coffee totally different from other kind of coffee made industrially. For this reason he started to make a coffee of the finest quality using traditional methods of artisan Italian roasting-houses. Such dedication means that Domingo Caffè can ensure that its customers are always guaranteed the finest coffee drinking experience true to the style of the most authentic Italian espresso (Italian Origin Certificated Product).
Today Domingo Caffè is a family tradition that is going on with their sons who inherited the dedication for high quality. It means that they still continue to produce coffee through a precise hand bean selection and roasting process according to traditional time honoured artisan techniques.

1. Espresso Bar: 1 Kg bags of coffee beans suitable for cafés, bars, hotels and restaurants.
2. Moka: 250 gr bags of ground coffee dedicated to all those who want to enjoy at home the traditional Italian process of coffee preparation.
3. Coffee pods: ground roasted coffee packaged in one dose pods for pod machine, perfect for real Italian espresso lovers who can enjoy an authentic espresso in the comfort of home or office.
