We extinguished the flames by quickly emptying cups of salt into the flue area before it got dangerously out of control. The staff takes turns painstakingly contending to the messy clean up...That was the last griddle fire we had!These problematic fires inspired us to come up with a solution to prevent fires from ever happening again in our kitchen.Years of hard ork,passion,research and development have brought us 5 years later to the introduction of "Grill Advantage".
