Revering the bean
Intrigued by what could make a coffee so exceptional, I met with the roaster to find out everything I could. I learned that each coffee bean type has its own characteristics and flavors, and that by slow roasting them in small batches, you could unleash their true flavor potential. I also learned that poor tasting coffees are the result of low-quality “filler” beans, roasted in the conventional method, much like a microwave.
